Official Languages of UNO

There are six official working languages recognized by the United Nations, These are (1) Chinese, (2) English, (3) French,
(4)Russian, (5) Spanish, which have been is use since the world body was organized. A sixth language i.e Arabic was added by the General Assembly in 1973 and the Security Council in 1982.
